RECEIPTS HAVE BEEN CONVERTED TO SGD AT TRANSACTION DATE RATES
The contributions received from ASEM members are placed under the following funds in accordance with the declarations made by the contributors:
a. Operating Fund
Contributions received are utilised for the operating requirements of ASEF.
Contributions received are utilised for the funding of projects. In the case of trust funds, contributions received are ear-marked for specific projects, the utilisation of which requires prior approval from the contributing member.
b. Project Fund
Contributions received are invested, with income generated being used to finance activities of ASEF if necessary.
c. Reserve Fund
The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) would like to acknowledge the ASEM partners which have seconded staff in the year 2013, namely China, France, Germany, Italy, and Singapore.
