“After many kinds of experiences of international talks, I cannot help but proclaim that you have really found out an excellent method and have experience, guts and the hang of it... [The] discussions were very rewarding and secondary issues were skilfully avoided.” - Jukka Kemppinen, Finland.

OVERVIEW

This meeting brought together 15 high-level individuals for an intensive think-tank style debate. Discussion topics ranged from the major ideas in the philosophy of jurisprudence to the practical application of the various models in modern judicial systems. Participants also examined a case study on the death penalty, which was chosen for its centrality to the debate on justice in both regions.
