The Asia-Europe Seminar `Networking, Programme Exchange and Co-Production: Developing Strategies for Educational & Cultural Broadcasting' held in Bangkok, Thailand from 18th-19th August, 2003 was co-organised by the Asia-Pacific Institute for Networking, Programme Exchange Broadcasting Development (AIBD), Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and Co-Production: Developing and the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT).

The aim of the seminar was to focus on current problems and the potential of educational broadcasting in the ASEM countries. This meeting served as a forum for the discussion of concepts networking, programme exchange and co-production within the current context of educational and cultural broadcasting.
