The Intellectual Exchange department (IE) tackles topical issues and questions raised in policy dialogue among the international community. Together with experts and stakeholders from government institutions and civil societies, the IE department analyses developments in Europe and Asia and identifies areas offering common perspectives. These are addressed by ASEF partners who design and implement appropriate programmes for them. Actionable recommendations from briefings, pubic events and publications are conveyed to the decision-makers.
