The Executive Office (EO) facilitates the implementation of management decisions based on the directions and policy guidelines set out by the ASEM governments and the ASEF Board of Governors. At the same time, it manages the growth of ASEF’s overall capability by setting out strategic objectives and operational requirements, while ensuring co-ordination across the organisation both internally and externally with its networks.
