ASEF has initiated several programmes that strengthen collaboration between education networks and academic institutions in Asia and Europe. These serve to promote academic discourse and intercultural exchanges. ASEF programmes under this theme emphasise the benefits of Asia-Europe cooperation, through workshops and seminars, conferences, web portals, newsletters and publications. The target groups include high school students, teachers, university graduates, academic researchers, senior representatives from institutions and organisations of higher education and government officials.
