This publication is the outcome of the Asia-Europe Seminar on Cultural Policy, organised in Bangkok, Thailand, in June 2004. Renowned cultural policy makers, artists, arts and cultural networks, managers of cultural recourses, scholars and legal and IT experts were brought together to discuss the content, structure, management, development, implementation and sustainability of what has been envisioned as an invaluable tool for the cultural communities of Asia and Europe.
