The ASEF launched its AEC homepage at the premises of Raffles Girls' Secondary School in Singapore. The launch timings were as follows:

Singapore: 1600 hours

Central Europe: 0900 hours

UK: 0800 hours

Finland: 1000 hours

The Singapore launch was officially opened by the ASEF Governor for Denmark, Amb. JÃ¸rgen Ã˜strÃ¸m MÃ¸ller.
