The 1st Asia-Europe Young Urban Leaders Dialogue brought together 44 motivated young urban leaders and forward-looking professionals from ASEM member countries. The main outcomes of the Dialogue were the Madrid Declaration -- a document in which participants identified issues of major concern for the urban areas -- and the creation of the Asia-Europe Network of Young Urban Leaders.
