OVERVIEW

For this instalment of the ASEF University, the ASEF organised a week-long series of projects in celebration of the ASEF's 10th anniversary.

Among the event highlights was the academic conference "Achieving Human Security: Inter-regional Co-operation And Global Impact," which was held on 3 September 2007 at the office of the Representation of the European Commission in Madrid. The full-day event involved a panel discussion to examine Asia-Europe co-operation in human security, followed by workshop sessions.
