This two-week job shadowing programme provided an opportunity for 15 youth workers and representatives of volunteer organisations to acquire organisational skills for transnational projects through a short work-stint in a related organisation. Participants could also visit partners of the organisation in order to better understand the practices of their host organisation. Through the work stint, participants exchanged information with the youth workers and active members of their host organisations, and were also invited to participate in seminars and meetings.
