Sixteen experts met in Singapore to contribute to a strategic planning exercise for ASEF’s culture portal, culture360.org. The meeting explored how the website could effectively respond to the needs of civil societies and governments, as well as the use of social media to engage these parties. Their recommendations were implemented to improve the portal as a multi-disciplinary platform for cultural exchanges between Asia and Europe.
