OVERVIEW

Seventy experts from ASEM member countries participated in this seminar. Initiated by the Vietnam Government at the first ASEM meeting in Bangkok, the meeting adopted follow-up proposals to strengthen co-operation between Asia and Europe on the exchange of information, training programmes, and legal studies related to the combination of traditional and modern medicine.
