The Quezon Provincial Youth Parliament (PYP) is an annual 3-day congress sponsored by Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation (SKPF) and was started in 2003. There are around 70-100 selected student leaders who graduate from the program every year. PYP was established to build strong partnership with the local student leaders in the province so that they can be well involved in the different activities of SKPF. These student-leaders serve as critics, coordinators, and evaluators of various SKPF projects before they get implemented in the local communities.
